We came here to win some games. Sensational, they (fast bowlers) have been great throughout all tournament. Max (ODowd) has been sensational for the last 4-5 years.

The pitch seemed a bit sticky at the start. One of those tosses you won’t mind losing. Netherlands put us under pressure early. Raza, Williams pulled us out a bit. Credit to Netherlands.

Max O’Dowd is the Man of Match

I was quite scrappy at the start. I was trying to adapt to the wicket as quickly as possible. There was a bit more pace in the wicket today. Obviously Zimbabwe have some tall boys and with that extra bounce, I took a bit too long to adapt to. I adapted well in the end to use the pace and bounce, I tried to bat as long as I could. When we bowled, there was a bit more movement in the wicket.

Zimbabwe won the TOSS and decided bat first

Pitch Report

It was cold and windy in the build-up to the game in Adelaide, and it might still be cold on Wednesday with up to 2mm of rain also expected. However, the game is unlikely to be affected.

The real highlight for us would be to make the semis. I think that would really put the icing on the cake. The guys are still very positive that we’ll get there. We’ve just got to come into these last two games with a lot of energy.
