The ball held on the surface a little bit, I think the guys at the top were brilliant to give us the start and help us build the momentum. Then I think the spinners bowled brilliantly to get us the win. I was just trying to build some partnerships and contribute, happy to time a few balls as well today but it was a real team effort.

Going to bowl first. Looks a good surface, should stay good for 40 overs. Last push for us, will see where we are at the end. We’re proud of our wins, and don’t see it as giantkillers anymore, just see them as wins for ourselves. Same XI as the last game.

This pitch is smack-bang in the middle of the ground. Looks a pretty good one. Always an inviting place to come as a batter. It’s a fresh pitch, and looks among the best I’ve seen. It’s evenly grassed and quite firm. Runs to be had.
